We accept the following payment methods:

• At the ticket office: ANCV vouchers, bank card, cheque, cash

We offer special rates to people affiliated to Clé vacances, Gîte de France, Cézam, Odalys, Lagrange vacances, Belambra, Campings partenaires. Proof of establishment must be presented when purchasing tickets. No discount will be given after tickets have been issued.

From 20 people onwards, it is possible to obtain a group price, after a telephone conversation and a quote from us.

Pets are accepted for a fee of 5 euros provided they are kept on a leash and are not aggressive. They are not allowed to sit on a seat and are the full responsibility of their owners throughout the journey.

However, for everyone's comfort and convenience:

• Departing from Morgat:

  • Dogs over 25kg are not allowed on board;

  • We only accept a maximum of 3 dogs per boat (2 on the Sirène V).

• Departing from Camaret:

  • We only accept 3 dogs on the Sirène VI.

In mixed weather, a windproof garment is recommended. Apart from the occasional spray, it is extremely rare for our passengers to get wet as all our trips are taken during good weather.

Our boats are not easily accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, if you contact us in advance, we can make special arrangements to allow groups or individuals on board in the best possible way.

We strongly recommend that you protect your skin during sunny weather. Young children and people with sensitive skin should use sunscreen as well.

All our ships come with the legally required safety equipment and are subject to strict controls by the competent authorities. 

For safety reasons, diving and swimming are not permitted.

Consuming food on board is not permitted. Only cold drinks and baby bottles are allowed.

It is entirely possible to book a private trip and personalise it. Just contact us for a free quote.

You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure. After this time, the booking will not be refundable.

For group bookings, you can change or cancel your booking up to 96 hours before departure.
